VIRTUAL ART MARKET

 

Q: How will the Virtual Art Market be ran this year? 

We will not be running a virtual art market for the 51st Powwow.

 

Q: What do I need to include for my application to be complete?

Along with filling out the actual application, prospective vendors will need to submit the following supporting documents:

Arts and Crafts vendors should include all of the following supporting documents in their application for it to be considered complete: pictures and a pricelist.

Food vendors include a menu along with their application for it to be considered complete. 

Information Booths should include a detailed description of your organization/company/department.

All prospective vendors must also pay the non-refundable Application Fee ($25) by April 23, 2022 to be considered.

Q: I already submitted my vendor application, what now ? 

The Booth Committee will be sending out information with our plans for this year’s booth setup. Information will be sent to all vendor applicants, regardless of your indicated Booth Space Preference on your application. More information regarding this transition and what to expect will be coming out soon.

Q: How should I submit my application this year?

In an effort to make this year’s application process contactless, we are encouraging all vendors to email your completed applications to powwowboothstanford@gmail.com. Please attach your supporting documents (photos, menus, etc.) to this email.

 

Recommended phone apps for scanning documents: Genius Scan, TurboScan, Scanner Pro.

Q: What information and supporting documents should I include in my Annual Stanford Powwow Booth Application?

Along with filling out the actual application, prospective vendors will need to submit the following supporting documents:

Arts and Crafts vendors should include all of the following supporting documents in their application for it to be considered complete: pictures and a pricelist.

Food vendors should include a menu with a pricelist along with their application for it to be considered complete. 

Information Booths should include a detailed description of your organization/company/department and send along pictures of your intended handouts. 

 

Q: When will the new Booth Application be made available to vendors?

The 2021 Booth Application is now live! You can find a fillable pdf version of the application and a printable application on the Booth tab of the Stanford Powwow website.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

Q: What payments do I send in right now? 

ONLY the non-refundable $25 Application Fee. The Stanford Powwow Planning Committee decided to waive the Vendor Fee for all Stanford Powwow Virtual Art Market vendors. 

 

Q: How do I pay my fees?

By check. We will NO longer be accepting money orders.

 

The $25 Application Fee can be paid through a check made payable to “The Stanford Powwow” and mailed to:

Q: How should I fill out my check?
