
Stanford is committed to ensuring that Powwow is accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. Below is accessibility regarding Stanford Powwow, located in the Eucalyptus Grove.
Accessibility
Disabled Parking:
Guests with state-issued disability-parking placards/plates (any state) are encouraged to park in the Galvez Parking Lot, located near the corner of Campus Drive & Galvez Street. Entry to this lot is via Galvez Street and the disabled parking is located on the west side of the parking lot. An accessible paved, step-free route is available to get to the Powwow area. A map of the area is shown below. All parking will be $10 per day or $25 for the weekend. Parking can be purchased before the event on the "Parking and Camping" page.
Restrooms Accesibility:
Accessible portapotties will be available on the powwow grounds.
Animals:
Please note that the University restricts pets and emotional support animals from public spaces on campus, with the exception of service animals that are specifically trained to perform a service and/or task for an individual with a disability. The first row of all seating areas will be reserved for accessible seating.
