Hello all!

Come help the 52nd Annual Stanford Powwow celebrate Indigeneity at Stanford!

Mothers' Day Weekend May 12th-14th

The Stanford Powwow is the largest student-run powwow in the nation. During, the Stanford Native community comes together for an incredible celebration of Indigenous cultures, vitality, and intergenerational resilience with dance, arts and crafts, food, songs, and so much more.

 

  Every year, we rely on hundreds of volunteers to set up, run, and close down powwow, so, come be a part of this amazing event 52 years in the making! Tasks include:

Pre-powwow set up the week before (flyering, shirt folding, preparing the grounds) 

  1. Constructing, taking down tents, and other facilities related activities 

  2. Selling merchandise

  3. Keeping the grounds clean and accessible 

And, more!

You will get a free t-shirt if you volunteer for 3 or more hours!
