Application Components Checklist
Completed applications must have all of the following sections filled out & submit payments:

General Information. All fields must be completed with your booth information.

Vendor Questions. All questions must be completed to the best of your ability.

Additional Materials (Required).

Arts & Crafts: Attach photos of artwork with a price list

Food: Attach menu and price list

Information: Attach a detailed description of your organization and include simple handouts

Required Application Fee. $25 separate check (Unless waived, see page 1 for waiver information)

Required Vendor Fee. see page 1 for vendor fees by booth type
Payment Information & Instructions
The Booth Application has 2 payment components:
Application Fee: $25 (non-refundable and required for application consideration) (unless waived)
Booth Fee: Varies by vendor type​

Please note:
We are strongly encouraging applicants to mail in physical checks if possible rather than utilizing the online payment method. You are still welcome to submit the rest of your application digitally via email to powwowboothstanford@gmail.com. We will consider exceptions on a case by case basis so if mailing physical checks does not work for you please reach out to us via email. ​

NEW FEE DISCOUNTS:
As occupiers on unceeded Muwekma Ohlone Land, the Stanford Powwow is committed to highlighting and uplifting peoples Indigenous to California.These discounts are reserved exclusively for individuals whose Indigenous communities have ancestral homelands within what is now the state of California. They are not intended for Indigenous peoples from other regions who currently reside in California. The components of this discount include a waived application fee and a discounted booth fee. More information about this discount and its eligibilty requirements can be found on page 1. ​​
Booth Location Assignments
Location Assignment Details
Booth location assignments will be given at check-in at Powwow. Assignments will unfortunately not be allocated before then, and we ask that you do not email or call the committee requesting your spot.
All booth location assignments are final.
