Booth Application Instructions
Welcome to our Booth Application page. Find application and Application Fee information below.

Booth applications are now CLOSED for 2024 Annual Stanford Powwow.
1. Fees
Pay both the Application Fee and Booth Fee using ASSU ePay.
Application Fee: $25 (required for application consideration)
Booth Fee: varies by vendor type (see Booth Application below for more details)

To complete online payments:

Select “Make a Payment”

Choose the “Deposit” option in “Payment Type”

Notes on Online Payments:

This online portal is for Credit/Debit Card payments only.

For other payment options, fees must be paid via physical check or online credit/debit card.

Using the online portal will incur a portal-use fee, which will be included in your payment. If you do not wish to pay this fee, payment by check will be accepted in lieu of online payment.

Check-In, Load-In & Set-Up
To ease the process of setting up, confirmed vendors must follow the following information regarding check-in times, loading paths, and set-up areas.
Check-in times and load-in locations are determined by vendor type. And load-in locations will be guided by maps provided below. Below these instructions are also directions for booth location assignments.

Booth Location Assignments
Below are details regarding vendor location assignments. Vendors may use the map below for guidance on booth location.
1. Location Assignment Details
Booth location assignments will be given when checking in at the event and no sooner. We ask that you do not email or call the committee requesting your spot.
All booth location assignments are final.
